Worlds will collide as LARPers, Pagans and Furries come together to ring in the Celtic New Year. This is the potluck Halloween costume furry party game movie night thing we have been talking about. Please being a covered dish (pre-cooked) and some libation to celebrate. If you stop by Kroger and pick up a frozen thing and hand it to me to cook, you will be flogged (and not in a good way). Chips and dip are also not the order of the day. Think casserole, tuna salad and crackers, a vegetable tray, pork and beans, bucket of chicken. Food should be prepared ahead of time as the oven and kitchen will be in use !!!! If you are unable to cook due to living situation, please contact me for me for an alternative. Please RSVP with what you are bringing.
We will start at 5pm Saturday and go till the sun comes up Sunday. Bring warm clothes if you would like to sit out at the campfire. A folding chair if you have one and a bedroll if you tend to party hard and need some floor space to crash. If you don't already know how to get to Atl's house, please message me for the addresses. This is an open invite so feel free to bring a guest. Just let me know how many are coming.
Saturday October 27th 5pm till ????

I can make my Honey Beer Battered Chicken Tenders, but I will need to come in early to make and fry them fresh.
(The frying would be done outside with a 30 QT propane fired cooker, so no greasy mess indoors. I'll have as much as possible done ahead to keep the load on your kitchen to a minimum)
If anyone that was there last year remembers the Chocolate Chip Butterscotch and Mint Oreo pies, and want them again, speak up or I will likely not do these this year.

First of all , you're not the youngest furry. We have a furry who started bowling with us when he was 14. Now he's 18 and goes to FWA by himself.
Realistically though, if you're only 14, you should probably be going to meets at public places and NOT people's houses.
I try to keep my events fairly PG, but if it's a party at someone's house, there is the possibility of some not-so-PG things occurring.
That being said, we do try to offer events at public venues as well.
We had a movie night last night and a Taco Mac meetup a couple weeks ago.
Rob (Intersteller-Rob) holds Waffle House meets most Saturdays.
Look for a fursuit bowling event soon as well.

No idea what to bring for this, I don't really have cooking facilities. Any suggestions?

We encourage people who can cook, to actually make a dish, not just pick something up. For those who are unable to cook, PM me and let me know any budget constraints; I have a list of things that you can pick up.
We usually have have need for some type of paper products, ice, condiments, firewood etc. people have been know to just bring a 12 pack of cokes so they aren't empty handed, that fine.
I don't want anyone to not attend due to funding or cooking issues. We always have more food then we can eat, so it's ok to just come, eat the food and contribute by just being here.

My roommate an i will be attending.
We picked up materials for 30ish Fajita Pizzas, Two One liter drinks, and some fruit chopd jello.
We'll also pick up a bag of ice to bring. I didn't get that now, because we just don't have room for it in my freezer.
We'll need an address/directions to the place in question, so i'll leave you a note about that now.
Looking forward to the event. ^.^
